- Good location across from Heroes Square and a minutes walk from the metro station. - Room was decent and the bed was very comfortable, cleaners laid out fresh towels daily. - Staff were lovely.

- Very thin walls, could hear the phone in the next room to us vibrating for hours. Think the alarm was going off while they were out. - No drinks facilities in the room. - only one TV channel available Chinese ????

The staff was very good, friendly and helpful except one. I was very upset about a man with the name of Atilla.(working the evening of 28 December). I asked relevant questions about transport to the airport and he treated me like a stupid schoolboy. I know Hungary use Forint as a currency but when I ask if i could use Euro to pay the taxi to the airport he was very rude and gave me a lesson about countries where the euro can be used. He was also very unhelpful about the time the taxi could pick us up, it MUST be exactly 3 hours before the flight and not anything else, and then we had to wait for other passengers more than 30 minutes at a next hotel. I don't think this behavior is good to a lovely hotel

Everything was good. Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Maybe if there was available smoking rooms.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed. It is a great location, easily accessible by bus, and well connected to the city center.

The hotel is very nice and comfy. I was surprised in a very positive way.

Nothing major, just the stuff at the reception sometimes felt like not so much helpful.

It’s location. Staff was helpful. Breakfast is great, they even served local sparkling wine due to their anniversary. Instead of twin we have been given a room with additional sofa, and it was very convenient so our kid had her own place (she is under 3). Nice design. Very close to zoo (which we enjoyed) and other sightseeings. Quite area

We arrived late at night, our daughter was already sleeping. So we didn’t turn on all lights (only in bathroom) and she was sleeping on blanket, we didn’t uncover it. Next day at daylight I uncovered it and found out that the sheet was not a new one, but used - with glitters on it. Also broken soap dispenser, and most of all black dust or mold- this is even dangerous, hope my review will bring attention of management to the problems
